Ok, so it was still so hot when we did this photo shoot. If you don’t believe that global warming is a thing, I am here to tell you differently. I remember when October meant fall, leaves, and chilly weather. I don’t recall October 2017 to have any of those things. So, I compromised on my fall outfit: a suede skirt and a camo long sleeve button up. I have to admit that it was so hot that I felt like I was overheating in my blouse, but I looked cute so I thought, “no pain, no gain, baby!”
The outfit: I especially loved this outfit. For starters, green is my favorite color. Like, could you imagine the world without green? Try that for a minute. Now tell me how depressing that world would be. Anyway, this outfit was so cute with the suede skirt and camo top, and to finish it off I added some sock boots I bought and will probably never wear again! To accessorize I wore a Vanessa Mooney triple chain choker and some charm bracelets I’ve collected over the years.
The location: Santa Barbara is extremely photogenic. It’s got bougainvillea for days, red tile to last you a lifetime and a gorgeous glistening beach that attracts tourists from all over the world, all year round. Finding a location to shoot was the least of our troubles. If you head downtown you’ll find a TON of gorgeous buildings like the meridian buildings on De La Guerra street. They are the most perfect collection of offices that are painted the prettiest lilac with foliage growing all up and around them. It’s truly a treat for your eyeballs.
I’ve linked my outfit below, so take a look for the deets below!
